The Handover - getting to grips with the continuity system

This video was made to help us try and learn how to handle the continuity system so the viewer can seriously believe what is happening on the screen is real. The continuity system is a must so that the viewer stays engaged and so that one shot does not look completely out of place from the rest.
I feel that for a first attempt and with only one handheld camera we managed to complete the task with a decent amount of success. the positives for this would definitely be that we managed to grip the audience with tension and then cut to comedy at the end. However, I personally feel that one floor was that we did not transition and white and instead we just cut straight away.
We used sound to create tension and in the end I feel we did a very good job at this.
Finally, I feel that the use of the black and white filter really did help to create a mysterious scene, however the change to light showed the change of mood which is exactly what we were going for.
